How to order

1. Tell us who it's for

The service, the person or team, and any names, dates or call signs for the plaque.

2. Free mock-up

We send a picture of the design within 2 working days. Changes are free until you're happy.

3. Pay or send a purchase order

Families pay by card. Stations, trusts, councils and charities can pay by invoice: 50% deposit, balance on delivery.

4. Made and delivered

We confirm the dispatch date with the mock-up. Tell us your retirement or presentation date and we plan around it.

Official crests, badges and logos (for example a police force, fire and rescue service, ambulance trust, coastguard or NHS logo) are only added when that organisation orders with written permission. The red cross emblem, armed forces insignia and the remembrance poppy logo are never copied. Figures of people in uniform are made without official insignia.
