ModelCreators 3D is a small 3D printing studio in Harlow, Essex. We turn photos of the pets and people you love into hand-painted figures, and we design our own lamps, incense holders and smoke fountains. Every piece is made to order, one at a time.
Why we started
ModelCreators 3D was started by Aj, who wanted to make keepsakes that look like the real pet or person, not a generic model off a shelf. Resin printing picks up detail that a filament printer can't: fur texture, whiskers, the folds of a dress. The painting is done by hand, so every piece is a little different.
We are new, so we do things the careful way: a free 3D preview before anything is printed, a clear dispatch date by email, and a full refund if the preview isn't right.
How a piece is made
One to three clear photos are enough. Tell us anything that makes them who they are.
We model the figure on screen and email you a free preview, usually within 2 days.
Ask for changes as many times as you need. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
Printed in fine-detail resin, then washed and cured with UV light so it is hard and stable.
Painted with acrylics and sealed with a protective coat.
Packed in foam and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a tracking number.
