Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ModelCreators.com (the "Service"), operated by Kinetix Delta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("ModelCreators", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ModelCreators provides a collection of AI-assisted and calculator-based business tools that generate documents, text, calculations, and diagrams based on the information you provide ("Inputs"). Some tools are available free of charge; others require a paid Pro or Business subscription as described on our Pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@modelcreators.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. AI-generated output — please read carefully

Content generated by the Service ("Output") is produced by artificial intelligence based on the Inputs you supply. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances, and may occasionally resemble content from other sources despite being independently generated.

Output is provided for informational and drafting purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, HR, or professional advice. This is especially important for tools that generate contracts, employment offer letters, company policies, financial forecasts, or similar documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and, where appropriate, having a qualified professional (e.g. a solicitor or accountant) review any Output before relying on it, sending it to a third party, or using it to make a business, legal, financial, or employment decision.

You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

4. Ownership of Output

As between you and us, you own the Output generated from your Inputs, subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the underlying rights of our AI provider in the model itself. We claim no ownership over your Inputs or your Output. You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Pro and Business plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page via "Manage billing / cancel." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion for exceptional circumstances — contact hello@modelcreators.com.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or rate limits;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its Output at scale without our written permission;
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product;
• Upload Inputs containing another person's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and their knowledge;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including individual tools) at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify paying subscribers of material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelCreators and Kinetix Delta Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on Output without independent verification. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100 if you are a free user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting hello@modelcreators.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
